Jaram were fantastic from beginning to start! Great communication skills and and fit out of anti vapour wall to my new van. Can't recommend them enough.

I purchased an aluminium Tracklander flat rack from an authorised reseller that was based interstate. When I received the rack it had a couple of minor paint defects that I touched up before I mounted it onto the custom canopy of my new D-Max. After a few months and some use I noticed the paint was easily coming away from the rack in one corner so I called into the Jaram headquarters in Welshpool. The friendly and professional service I received from the moment I walked into the Jaram reception area was second to none. After an inspection by Greg it was agreed there was a defect with the paint and for me to return the D-Max the following week to have the rack replaced with a new rack. The email communication I had with Barry and Dan after the initial visit was prompt, friendly and very obliging. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble! The new rack was fitted yesterday by an installer who must care about their work as they had done an excellent job. I cannot fault the service I received from all the people I interacted with at Jaram and I highly recommend them.

Just had a roof rack fitted to my van. An excellent job and great customer service from Greg in sales, very professional and efficient.

I don’t usually do reviews but thought it right to give a big thumbs up to Jaram for their products and service. I bought a large Dream Rider rack for my VW Crafter van. I dealt with Dimas as sales consultant who was able to give expert advice and was very responsive. Jaram don’t have an agent near me in Canberra, so Dimas arranged freight with the rack broken down to minimise the costs. It arrived very quickly and was easily assembled. The rack is quality and super strong. Legs to fit to a track mount are powder coated and all hardware is 316 stainless steel. Well done Jaram.
